Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We proudly offer worldwide shipping on all orders — with no minimum purchase required.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We strongly recommend selecting our optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
This service provides coverage in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If Shipping Protection is not selected, our ability to assist with lost, stolen, or damaged shipments may be limited. Any resolution will depend on the information provided by the courier and applicable shipping policies.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRACKING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to monitor the provided tracking information.
If you have concerns regarding your package’s delivery status, please contact us promptly at support@podipods.com.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but has not been received, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and, if applicable, initiate a claim with the carrier.
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated with a payment provider without contacting us first, our ability to assist may be limited. In such cases, we rely on courier tracking data to assess the situation.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
