What materials are Podipods cases made of? 
We use premium soft silicone and flexible TPU for maximum style and durability.

How do I charge my AirPods with the case on? 
Every case has a precise bottom cutout, allowing you to easily plug in your charging cable without removing the cover.

How do I clean my Podipods case?
Simply wipe it with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, you can even rinse the case under lukewarm water—but please make sure to remove your actual AirPods first!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my case if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Yes, we want you to be 100% happy with your Podipods! You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the case is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please check our Refund Policy page for full details and instructions.

What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please reach out to us immediately at support@podipods.com and include a clear photo of the defect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
